Why both numbers appear
The venue description and register serve different purposes. Presenting the approved figure as the live floor count would change the meaning of the register. Use the hotel’s room description for its stated offering and CBS for the recorded licence fields.
Specific game enquiries
Ask for the full title and edition of any machine you want to identify. A themed online game page is not evidence that the hotel has that title. For a room visit, include the intended day and time when contacting the venue.
